The Castellon Tourist Service Facilities Program is a program designed to showcase the tourism potential of Castellon de la Plana, Spain. The project aims to centralize and promote tourism in Castellon using robust software tools and GIS Architecture. The program features software solutions like the CT App and the CT Management App as products for achieving this effort.

The CT App, which is the short for Castellon Tourism Software Application, is a public software application powered by Castellón Tourism Agency (CTA) for registering facilities under the Castellon Tourist Service (CTS) Facilities program. On the other hand, the CT Management App, which is short for Castellon Tourism Management Application, is another Castellón Tourism Agency software application (CTA) used by the Project manager, also known as the Facility Manager, to verify the authenticity of registered tourist facilities.
The CT App is a user-friendly application that allows users to register their tourist facilities in Castellon de la Plana. The app is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, with a simple interface that guides users through the registration process. Users can provide information about their facilities, including location, type of facility, and amenities offered. The app also allows users to upload photos of their facilities, which can help attract potential tourists.

The CT Management App, on the other hand, is a more complex application that is used by the Facility Manager to verify the authenticity of registered tourist facilities. The app allows the Facility Manager to review the information provided by users in the CT App and verify that it is accurate and up-to-date. The app also allows the Facility Manager to communicate with users and provide feedback on their registrations. Both apps were built using robust software tools and GIS architecture.
The apps were designed to be scalable and flexible, allowing for future updates and enhancements as needed. The use of GIS architecture allows for the integration of spatial data, which can help improve the accuracy and relevance of the information provided by users. The project and apps were built using a combination of software tools, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS storymaps, ArcGIS Experience builder, Web map and Survey 123, to provide a robust and reliable platform for users. Overall, the Castellon Tourist-service Facilities Program is an innovative project that leverages technology to promote tourism in Castellon de la Plana. The CT App and the CT Management App are powerful tools that can help attract more tourists to the area and showcase the unique tourism potential of Castellon.
